RVYield Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Paddle's refund policy applies

Paddle.com is the reseller and Merchant of Record for RVYield subscriptions. Paddle charges you, issues your receipts, and handles refunds. Paddle's Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) applies to every RVYield purchase.

Unless required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel, withdraw, or get a refund that cannot be waived, that right applies.

2. Canceling

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then and will not be charged again. Cancel in your account, use the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt, or email billing@rvyield.com from the email address on your account.

3. Billing questions

Email billing@rvyield.com from the email address on your account, or use Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net. Never send card or bank account numbers.

4. Changes to this policy

Changes to this policy apply only to payments made after the change takes effect.
